Fade is designed with privacy in mind. We only collect the minimum amount of data necessary to provide our moderation, leveling, and economy features. This data includes:
Fade does not permanently store the contents of your messages. Messages are only temporarily processed in memory to run AutoMod checks or execute commands. Once processed, the content is discarded.
If you enable logging features (e.g., deleted message logs), the bot will temporarily process the content to forward it to your designated log channel, but it is never written to our permanent databases.
The data we collect is exclusively used to operate the bot and provide its features to your server. We do not use your data for advertising, and we will never sell, rent, or distribute your information to third parties.
We retain your data only for as long as Fade is active in your server. If you kick the bot from your server, we periodically purge orphaned server configurations from our databases.
If you would like to request an immediate, complete deletion of all data associated with your server or your user account, you may request so by contacting us on our Support Server.
We take security seriously. All data is stored in secure, encrypted databases, and access to the backend infrastructure is strictly limited to authorized developers. While we implement industry-standard security measures, no system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or features. Any significant updates will be announced in our support channels. Continued use of Fade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new policy.
If you have questions, concerns, or requests regarding your data and privacy, please reach out to our team in the Support Server.
